Job Summary
Evaluate and define customer product needs by interaction base on technical knowledge and market understanding, interpretive develop master product design solution for internal product development additives, confirm the development then deliver customer communication or technical supports.
Primary Responsibilities
l Focus on external technical interaction to provide technical solutions meet or exceed customers’ needs, especially platform level product solutions.
l Visit customers and listen to customers’ product voice, discuss with customers to understand spoken and unspoken product needs. Verify customers’ needs with interaction and communication through variance of channel such as E-mail or oral phone calls.
l Evaluate the product development capability, readiness and resources needed to fulfill customers’ product needs.
l Interpret external needs into PGI technical development goals, recommend the direction of the internal development & align the external solution technical goals such as specification & product aptitude internally and externally
l External solution delivery communication and technical supports to external customers with sales & marketing.
l Supports to sales & marketing such as but not limit to: provide professional comment to support product cycle management, provide input for product offerings management, and provide technical comments on market product design trend.
l Supports in big complains relevant to product design
l Reports and records relevant.
l Technical execution coach or support when needed during the internal produce development process
Physical Requirement

Considers and articulates implications for implementation. (VI) Technical Skills – Detailed knowledge of PGI and competitive process and product technologies, data analysis skills, above average math skills, broad understanding of related technologies. Pursues training and development opportunities to continuously build knowledge and skills. Change Management – Champions change initiatives as needed. Adapts to shifts in marketplace and to organizational change as required. Visionary Leadership – Considers and formulates new ways to delight customers and to exceed company objectives. Inspires others to see and to help seize emerging opportunities for improvement and success. (I) Business Acumen – Firm working knowledge of business concepts and emerging business climate.
