- Green Belt or related Lean certification, ISO auditor, CQE
- 10-15years' experience with 5 years in QA supervisor/manager position
- Nov woven or chemistry industry preferred
- Mandarin and English，Cantonese as advantage

Job Summary:
This role need lead and manage CI and quality assurance function in NanHai plant. He/ She will play key role in our NH operation team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the plant QA team in NH and improve the function competency
- Drive for quality excellence through systematic CI activities (lean and six sigma)
- Play key role with regional/plant operation team to improve quality KPI (customer complaint, internal scrap and rework)
- Lead and improve internal quality system via key customer audit
