Job Summary/Purposes & Objectives 职务概况/目的与目标：
?Coordinate the production processes, following the production schedule issued by the
Production Planner, assuring the respect of the quality of the finished products as for the delivery times agreed with the customers and to maintain under control the production costs.
依据生产计划，协调管理整个生产过程，包括从原材料到制造出合格的成品准时交付、并控制生产成本。
?To assure to keep all company facilities and equipments properly installed and maintained in a
good order efficiently in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
全面负责公司所有设备设施的安装调试和维护、确保其处于运行良好的有效状态，并符合相关法律法规的要求。
?Manage the Company warehouse well and improve inventory turnover.
全面负责仓库管理，改善库存周转率。
?To assure the respect of the HSE laws and regulations applied in production areas, in
compliance with the local laws and Company regulations.
确保在生产各区域和生产活动中落实相关健康安全和环境的法律法规的要求。

Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务：

?To ensure the availability and the effectiveness of production scheduled and arrange the
production properly and ensure the delivery in time.
确认生产计划的可行性和有效性并合理安排好生产， 确保及时交货期。
?To review and to check the production work instructions (Standard Operating Procedures,
Product Manufacturing Instructions (Batch records and Process Legal Control or PLC program) and the production records. To continuously implement them after approval to ensure that programming of the PLC system is consistent with operational and procedural requirements.
审阅生产作业指导书（标准作业程序），产品的制造指导书（批记录和制程管制）和生产记录, 经批准后加以实施以确保制程管制符合运营要求和程序要求。
?Assure that the products are manufactured in accordance with the correct manufacturing
procedures, quality control plan and safety work instructions.
确保产品制造过程符合制造程序，质量计划和安全操作规程
?Cooperate with quality dept to investigate any quality problem, taking the corrective and
preventive actions where necessary and to handle the non-conforming products in the production unit.
协助质量部门调查质量问题，在生产单元内落实相关整改措施。
?Take responsibility for the production safety through a daily check or supervision of the equipments and usage of the PPE by the personnel, in compliance to local governmental laws and DNC requirements.
负责生产安全，组织常规检查与监督，以保持设备正常运行和确保人员穿戴劳保用品受到必要的保护；满足政府相关法律法规和公司相关要求。
?Be responsible for production cost budgeting, keeping them under strict control and applying,
where possible, cost saving programs. To keep tracked, in accordance with the ERP system, the raw materials consumption and the amounts of finished products in the production areas.
负责生产成本的预算和成本控制计划，通过ERP实施跟踪原材料消耗及产值等。
?Being responsible for performance of all Logistic Dept.
对整个生产部门业绩表现负责。
Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件
Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验：
?Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering.
本科及以上学历，机械或机械工程等专业
?6 years or more work related experience with at least 3 years in management level, prefer with
Stamping or punching/pressing fields and in multinational company as well
6年相关工作经验，至少3年承担相关生产管理职务的经验, 在跨国公司冲压领域工作的优先

?Be very familiar with metal stamping equipment and processes 非常熟悉金属冲压设备和生产

?Very familiar with ISO/TS quality management system and lean manufacturing management
