Responsibilities:
* Responsible for sales order processing, open order follow up in China.
* Support after sales service – handling of warranty returns and customer complaints reports and analysis.
* Perform safety stock management, invoicing in system and arrange shipment after liaison with Finance for invoicing and customer payments.
* Sales administration support
