Job Description
Position: Plant Manager
Location: Changzhou

Responsibility:
? Responsible for the overall operational performance of the plant functions and the internal coordination
? Manage the production by maintaining cost effective material planning and production scheduling and execution
? Design and implement the strategic plan of processing to fulfill production budget and volume increase
? Improve production processes for cost reduction and efficiency increase
? Coordinate between departments to optimize internal processes and support the sales team to meet the customer order requirement
? Lead the process of ERP implementation and development
? Monitor and report all key figures and report to GM

Requirement:
? This suitable candidate should have a bachelor degree or above in technical/mechanical engineering.
? 8-10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years preferably for a foreign company in a managerial level role with great ability in Plant operations, Quality system understanding
? Leadership and strong motivational skills, ability to manage a team of 50-100 employees in different level of management
? Very good command of English both oral and writing, proficient in PC skills and Mastering in ERP
? Ability to exercise independent judgment, skills for problems solving and analysis
? High sense of responsibility and honest, be organized, neat and energetic in work
? Good teamwork spirit, communication and interpersonal skills are required
