Responsibilities:

1. In charge of workshop production schedule. Ensure production target.
2. In charge of workshop labour distribution. Arrange workers training regularly. Improve the coordination in the workshop. Balance equipments and materials.
3. Hold production meeting regularly, analysis the production situation and put forward solutions，solve all the production problems
4. In charge of manual programming and setting up CNC Milling Center, CNC Lathe and other stamping machines and assembling lines. Organize the equipment maintenance regularly and improve the utilization rate of equipment in good condition;
5. Other things that the general manager sends.

Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
2. College degree or above, Engineering mechanical background is perfect
3. Minimum of five (5) years supervisor experience in mechanical company.
4. Have good working knowledge of chassis parts /CNC Machine/assembling line management or relevant fields.
5. Have good problem solving skills, communication and teamwork skills. Logical and analytical thinking skills.
