- Job responsibilities:
? Detailed design of complex components for automotive considering functional requirements, tooling, manufacturing and plastic part feasibility
? To be leader of product development include make to print and full service development project
? Implement part and product changes
? Create 2D drawing including all the dimension tollerances
? Create Design Review, DVP and D-FMEA
? Ensure quality product is produced to drive customer satisfaction
? Use engineering skill to reduce costs
? Support other departments
? Actively participate in product design with our Design Centre in Europe and US


- Job requirements:
? Experience in plastic part design for engine area and/or underbody
? Experienced in plastic materials properties and characteristics
? Knowledge in plastic molding processing
? Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
? Ability to effectively organize workload and manage multiple deliverables
? Strong communication skills
? Team oriented way of work
? Ability to self-organisation
? Trusted art of working
? Able to work in MS Office applications
? Able to use CAD software (CATIA or NX)
? Good / Very Good English
? Available to travel
