· In charge of merchandiser team in China and report to the production manager in Sydney office

· Liaison with designers and sales team in Sydney office for production and design planning and order placement

· Working together with merchandisers and QA and QC in China and lead the team to complete product development projects

· Need to follow up orders as well

· Managing China QC’s schedule

· keep track of the production status, communication and cooperation between the business, shipping, quality control and supplier, overseas customers, timely solve the problems in production

· Sourcing factories, fabric mills and agencies and negotiating prices and payment terms

· Minimum 5 years working experience in garment manufacturing and exporting, both menswear and womenswear

· Good communication skill in English, in both writing and speaking
