1. Job Summary
Repairs, maintains and constructs production equipment to keep the production lines running smoothly with minimum amount of downtime. This is a shift position.

2. Duties and Responsibilities
? Quickly repairs and replaces parts on assembly line and test equipment in the Sisionic production line. Provides overall maintenance support.
? Performs preventative maintenance on all Sisonic equipment as specified.
? Constructs production equipment and fixtures where required.
? Collaborates with production/development engineers, industrial engineers and tool room personnel regarding production/development problems and equipment design and computer program changes.
? Identifies and evaluates equipment problems and proposes solutions.
? Contacts suppliers on technical equipment issues.
? Performs scheduled calibration of equipment in the Sisonic Production line.
? Assists in identifying spare parts inventory issues and provides purchase requisitions when necessary.
? Classify the wastes per ISO14001 requirements.

3. Job Specifications
? Ability to repair and suggest computer program improvements for all or the majority of the following equipment.
? Wire bonders, Automated dispensers, plasma cleaners, automated die mounters, automated and manual lamination presses, dicing saws, and automated test equipment in a high volume semi-conductor manufacturing environment
? Know Panasonic die boner, ASM AD838, WB ASM Eagle60, Asymtek dispenser, Disco package saw is preferred.
? Should have 2 – 5 years of experience on semiconductor assembly or test line.
? College degree or above
