1. Job Summary

Repairs all electro-acoustical equipment malfunctions in test/pack line, Repairs, maintains and constructs production equipment to keep production lines running smoothly with minimum of downtime, take care of Operator/Technician training, spare parts management and CI projects

2. Duties and Responsibilities

1) Analyzes equipment reliability, problems and trends.
2) Guide and supervise technicians handle in test area.
3) Applies statistical process control to test and manufacturing equipment to ensure the equipment is reliable and predictable.
4) Identifies areas for improvement, and initiates equipment modifications.
5) Interfaces with external customers, suppliers, and support groups.
6) Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
7) Documents specifications, procedures, and training materials.
8) Communicates and shares new information, learning, and methods with cross-functional team members to achieve organizational goals.
9) Pass knowledge of equipment to all line technicians.

3. Job Specifications

1) Degree in Mechanical, Mechtronics or Automation.
2) Minimum 5 years experience in the semiconductor/electronic test field and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
3) Strong knowledge in either Semiconductor test process or Acoustic test operations.
4) Familiar with basic process control techniques e.g. SPC, DOE and FMEA.
5) Willing to be on-call 24*7.
6) Some Travel to USA is required.
7) Strong English skill both on writing and speaking.
8) Good presentation skills.
