1. Job Summary
Manage Lean Deployment activities. Identify and transfer of Lean Best Practices to facilitate efficiency improvements, cost and cycle time reductions.

2. Duties and responsibilities
1) Support production manager to build up and continuous improve production system by using lean concept
2) Responsible for leading relative team in applying the fundamentals of Lean Principles, to drive Continuous Improvement and achieve Operational Excellence.
3) Support management team to drives the culture change to focus on lean techniques and processes improvement throughout the site
4) Uses Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement priorities at manufacturing and process
5) Driving and coordinate CIP projects which has been assigned into lean improvement scope
6) Co-work with IE to improve capacity, productivity, space utilization, etc.
7) Co-work with IT to continuous improve MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
8) Organize routine lean manufacturing update to management team
9) Ensure the effective communication and coordination with other departments.

3. Job Specifications
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 3+ years working experience in lean manufacturing implementation
3) Has experience with MLCC production is preferred
4) Lean master is preferred
5) Possess analytical; decision-making skills, teamwork spirit. Interpersonal skills, initiative and proactive, drive for result.
6) Proficiency in English writing and speaking.
7) Skilled Microsoft Office software.
