JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Implement new product into mass production:
a. Work with product design engineer to do design review and make sure that new product design can meet DFM request and conside new technologies and materials.
b. Design and optimize mass production process for new product.
c. Work with tooling design engineer to develop and verify tooling and fixture for new product.
d. Work with mechanical engineer to develop new pierce parts for NPI product.
e. Coordinate qualification build in production for NPI product.
f. Do Failure Analysis and take action to improve product yield for NPI product.
g. Prepare Process flow chart, PFMEA, OPS, PE spec, Test configuration for NPI product before transfer to mass production.
2. Support NMR and SPR and complete EEE.
3. Support engineering change application from production..
4. Provide technical support to production.
5. Complete other items which do well to company business.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor of Electrical, Mechanical or Acoustic from four-year University
Required experience:
1. Strong engineering background with more than 3 years working experience as product/process engineer in mechanical/electrical company. (R&D experience and acoustics related is a plus. AME experience is perfect.)
2. Strong project management capability and communication skill.
3. Strong team work and independent with positive attitude.
4. Very good communication in both English (Oral/Writing) and Chinese.
5. Experience with assembly process, gluing process, resistance weld process and laser weld process.
6. Strong data based analysis skill and to be proficient with Minitab, FMEA, DOE. (GB of 6-sigma is a plus.)
7. Willing to short-term travel.
