1. Job Summary
Coordinate to train the operator and audit the production. Assistant Industrial Engineer to analysis and improve process and implement trial run for process improvement. Updates training process and publish the schedule of all Production and quality courses

2. Duties and Responsibilities
Implement the strategic training plan within the whole manufacturing, especially for the production and quality training
Administer skill level policy procedure for operators
Train the new operator about product basic knowledge, quality sense, and production safety and so on; record the training information.
Train the operator about the correct action for CC&CA and record the training information.
Conduct production and training to new hires Responsible for coordination of technical training
Tracks all training hour of all-house and external production course
Perform audit to monitor documents execution status for line operators
Coordinate to Train the operator for new product or new process and record the training information.
Coordinate to train the operator for multi-technology and record the training information.
Draft the audit plan and implement it, record all finding during audit.
Audit the production line according to CC/CA requirement and record the finding.
Qualify and certificate operator.
Assistant Industrial Engineer to analysis and improve process.
Implement process trail run.

3. Authorities
Coordinate to train operator and evaluate training efficiency.
Audit production line and take action if needed.
Qualify operator and record.
Prepare the training plan about training sequence or implement after approve.
Other authority empowered by other department.

4. Job Specification
General requirement:
Technical secondary school Graduated or same level, minimum 3 years work experience in manufacturing.
Be good at production operation, good perception, good communication and deliver skill.
Special skill and knowledge requirement：
Minimum 1 years’ experience of Line Trainer or Line leader in Semiconductor Manufacturing
Understand the requirement and specification about audit;
Understand the certification standard and method;
Understand the product basic theory, process and inspection.

5. Key Relationship
Reports to: Production Manager
Other relationship: Production Supervisor, Group Leader, Operator and HR department
