职位描述

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Source and develop effective and professional recruiting channels and perform daily hiring and other staffing related affairs.
2. To prepare annual HR budget, including headcount budget/training budget/admin expense/recruiting cost. Etc. as the business goal and capacity goal.
3. Work with IE and production to do the assessment for station classification and set the standard for incentive bonus and salary structure.
4. To build up or improve the relationship with company employees, brother company and regional government offices.
5. Organize employee communication and follow up the feedback
6. Co-work with admin function to organize company activities.
7. Implement half year performance appraisal.
8. To draw up the policies and regulations on HR when required and keep them no violations to the laws/regulations of the government/authorities concerned.
9. To participate and take the actions on the internal audit related.
10. Provide human resources consultation to VI plastic.
11. HR reports as requested
12. Other duties and responsibilities appointed by Regional HR Director.

Job Specification:
General requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR management or relative field.
2. At least 6 years of the experience in HR and 2 years of HR Sr. professional and supervisor experiences.
3. Have a good operating skills in Word, Excel and Power point usage.
4. Good command of English both in verbal and written.
5. High sense of confidentiality, responsibility and the accountability.
6. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, and an excellent health is expected.

Special skill and knowledge requirements:
1. Familiar with the laws/regulations and prevalence international practices.
2. Have the knowledge of HR management, public relationship and psychology.
3. To have the skillful coordination ability between the leaders, departments and the subordinates.
4. Have skillful negotiation ability both internal and external.
