the job responsibility :
--order handling ,general follow up on orders and samples
--arranging samples,negotiation on terms and prices
--developing sales samples on already existing customers
--customer service and communication internally in factory
--ensure follow up and fast response on requests from clients in relevant markets
--continuously improve the quality of communication with the clients
--work independently and report the progress situation to the team leader

the requirements:
--college graduate or above majoring textile or relevant background
--fluency in spoken and written english, preferably a good command in garments;
--more than 3 years working experience on sweater merchandising.
--good communication skills between customers and factories
--familiar with different kinds of sweater yarn and fabric
--good sense of responsibility, good teamwork
--experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.

职责内容：
1、配合主管安排好本组各客户大货的生产工作，并适时与纱线部门、样品中心、qc部门进行协调;
2、加强工厂和客户之间的沟通，了解定单排期，随时掌握订单运作情况，跟踪客人查货情况，协助解决客人提出的问题;
3、能够有效预估和解决突发情况，以提高客户满意度为工作宗旨。

任职要求：
1、本科学历，服装、纺织、国际贸易或相关专业，熟练的英语口语应用能力，尤其精通服装专业英语;
2、3-5年以上外贸针织毛衣大货跟单操作经验，熟悉毛衫生产的整个过程;
3、精通外贸跟单流程以及工厂生产流程，能够在客人与工厂间作很好的沟通;
4、较强的沟通能力与人际关系处理能力，适应能力强，责任心强，并能承受较大工作压力;
5、个性温和，吃苦耐劳，有与外籍人士共事的经历者佳。
