- Job responsibilities:

l 负责进料检验,制程检验及出货检验和相关检验报表的填写.

Be responsible of incoming inspection,　in-process inspection and outgoing inspection,　relative inspection forms fill out.

l 依照作业指导书及其他标准文件做制程稽查.

Do in-process audit as per working instructions or the relative standard documentations.

l 运用QC七大手法解决进料检验,制程检验及出货检验中遇到的问题.

Solve the problems encountered during incoming inspection,inprocess inspection and outgoing inspection using QC seven tools.

l 协助完成部门内有关报表的制作.

Assist to complete the relative quality form.

l 完成临时安排的其他工作.

Undertake other duty assigned temporarily.

l 根据产品特性，能够熟练运用各种质量检具。及简间测量工具(如游标卡尺，高度规，千分尺等)。

Familiar use products fixture to verify parts critical dimension. Use simply measurement instrument ,like cliaper, micrometer, etc.

l 熟悉注塑工艺不良类型，及外观要求。

Be familiar with molding failure mode and not the requirement or standard with molding issue.

l 熟悉生产线各产品的制程。

Understand production line process flow.

- Job requirements:

l 机械类技校毕业或以上文凭. Technical school graduation in mechanical engineering or above.

l 熟悉注塑工艺及其制造流程.

Be familiar with injection technics and injection production process.

l 能用简单的英语和外国人进行交流.

Communication with foreigners is no obstacle in simply English.
