职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Supervise maintenance team to achieve maintenance goal
2.Supervise engineering team to optimize manufacture process.
3.Implement preventive maintenance action for facility and production equipment
4.Maintenance and improvement the failure equipment
5.Equipment troubleshooting
6.Manage and maintain spare parts
7.Work with Corporate engineer to installation new equipment and get technician transfer
8.Work instruction system establishing and improvement
9.BOM, work center and route creating and maintaining in ERP system
10.Tools , fixtures and jigs developing
11.Daily manufacturing problem solving/trouble shooting
12.Communicate with U.S. engineer about manufacturing issues
13.Lean manufacturing system implementation
14.Continuous improvement of manufacturing technology and quality Assist in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifying
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics or any other major related to Heat exchanger products.
2. At least 10 years working experience in Steel/Al welding product.Over 35 years old.
3. Have worked as process engineer, or engineering engineer, or welding engineer, or design engineer, or maintenance.
4. At least 5 years foreign companies work experience. 5 years in Manager position.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
