4. fluent in english oral and written.

6. education in textile / garment design or engineering would be a plus.

responsibility
1. be fully responsible for merchandising department and business of group clients.
2. direct and supervise product r&d, technical works, costing and pricing.
3. direct and supervise production specs and technical sheets confirmation.
4. direct and supervise production order management; be responsible for general management of production order (production planning list).
5. direct and supervise production materials (yarn, lycra, accessories) calculation and ordering.
6. direct and supervise production materials status (quantity, delivery, quality) following-up and control.
7. assist production department on production scheduling, discuss and confirm deliveries with clients (production planning list).
8. direct and supervise production condition assurance (with internal and clients).
9. direct and supervise production status following-up, and delivery assurance.
10. shipment planning and updating (production planning list / shipment overview / weekly shipping plan).
11. direct and supervise clients service and clients complain management.
12. staff training and performance evaluation.
13. other related and temporary works.
14. accomplish other matters assigned by higher authorities.
