SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of production team. Ensures that quality standards are maintained in production, delivery commitments are consistently met，and that the workshop is safe and well organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the production resources of the factory so as to meet production and delivery deadlines.
• Ensures quality standards are consistently reached during production.
• Plans and assigns work , implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
• Optimizes operational processes with focus on efficiency and quality.
• Supplies technical assistance to customers as necessary.
• Performs receiving inspections on parts or raw materials as required.
• Purchases equipment as required for the plant operations.
• Takes the responsibility for safe production and “6S”.
• Establishes system for inventory planning / management for raw materials and finish products to minimize cost while providing quick delivery to customers.
• Ensures accuracy of inventory count and monthly audit.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University graduate in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in WOFE in production management positions.
• Able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity ,cost) and increase subordinates’ skills and capabilities.
• Able to assist General Manger in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.
• Proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development. Administration and change management are required, as well as attention to detail and ability to work well with teams.
• Experienced in ERP, “6S”/Lean and ISO
• Fluency in English
