Responsibility:

1. Fulfil the plant staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up integration of new employees.
2. Screen profile of applicants and conduct first round test / interview.
3. Training management ,set up training plan and follow training status.
4. Provide employee relations counseling, advice and guidance to management and employees on human resources and regulated matters to ensure company compliance with regulatory agencies and guide-lines.
5. Investigate staff relation issues and give counseling, advice and guidance to ensure company compliance with labour law as well as governmental regulations.
6. Implement Payroll policies strictly in line with company rules and guidelines.
7. Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security.
8. Support on environmental management.
9. Support and take initiative on HR policy and internal control.
10. Other duties as required, including special projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:
- Bachaler degree on human resource management or psychology.
- at least 3 years related working experience in similar situation.
- Principle and high sense of morality.
- Initiative and result oriented.
- Team player.
- Skilled at Excel/PPT
- English and preferable local language.
