Essential Responsibilities:
1. Preparation cost accounting reports and cost variance analysis on weekly and monthly basis and work with operation team for continuous improvement;
2. Cost data checking on daily basis in ERP system and provide solution for correction if error data;
3. Work with Accounting team for financial data checking and settlement in ERP system;
4. Work as team to submit monthly reports to headquarters, e.g. BPC, etc;
5. Coordinate monthly inventory cycle count and assist direct supervisor for annual inventory physical count;
6. Prepare budget costing analysis with comparsion to last fiscal year;
7. Monthly latest cost running in SAP and do cost analysis between actual and budget;
8. Other jobs assigned by his/her supervisors.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of related finance/accounting experience with 2 years costing experience
Good English in both spoken and written
· Working knowledge and experience with MS Office and SAP
Qualified accountant desirable
