Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for manage the quality department. Including lab and EHS.
2. Responsible for monitors quality targets and KPIs and sets up actions plans to achieve the targets.
3. Contributes to the continuous improvement of methods and processes in order to improve the operational efficiency.
4. Contributes to the improvement of the QCDM results and the financial performance of the plant.
5. Elaborates investment proposals for quality equipment and executes the investment plans approved by management.
6. Maintains the quality equipment in good technical level and assures the necessary calibrations and certifications.
7. Supports the purchasing SQE activities putting necessary resources for suppliers audits, incoming inspection and laboratory measurements.
8. Assures appropriate training and coaching of the quality employees.
9. Has the authority to stop the delivery when the parts are not confirming to customer specification.

Requirement:
1. Over 10 years working experience, and at least 5 years in quality function.
2. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing process and products.

3. Familiar with Automotive Industry and TS16949.

4. Familiar with mechanical parts.
5. Good communication skill and management skill.
