Job Description:
1.Coordinate with bank, tax bureau and other government authorities, include VAT invoice changing, verification, Bank papers, and so on.
与银行、税务局和其他政府部门事项，包括增值税专用发票的更换、验证、银行单据，等相关事项；
2.Assist on personnel reimbursement expense settlement and booking.
协助员工费用报销的帐务处理；
3.Assist to other colleagues for secretary work (copy or draft documents, fill in application form, etc.).
协助其他同事相关文案工作（文件起草或复印，申请单填写）；
4.Filing vouchers and documents to comply with statutory requirements.
按照法规要求，对凭证和财务文件的装订归档。

Qualification:
1.Undergraduate above, finance or accounting related major .
财务或会计本科专业；
2.Fast learner, Patient & dedicated to details, Willing to help and take responsibility.
快速学习能力，耐心细致，乐于助人和有责任心；
3.Strong PC and Office knowledge and skills.
较好的电脑和Office知识和技能；
4.Good at English communication.
良好的英文交流。
