1. 学士学位以上，机械设计制造或材料成型专业.Bachelor degree or above. material shaping & control major or Mechanical design major
"2. 3年以上汽车零部件开发经验。具有独立运作项目的经验。3 years automotive component development experience. Be capable to run project independently
"3. 具备塑料材料基本知识，了解注塑模具以及注塑工艺。了解压铸工艺及模具。Has plastic material knowledge. Understand molding tooling structure and mechanism, has some molding process knowledge. Understand die casting tooling and process.
4.有结构机构设计经验。锁芯，汽车钥匙设计经验者优先.Experienced in mechanism and structure design. Lock set product experience is preferred.
5. 熟悉DFMEA 理念.Deep understanding DFMEA method.
6. 熟练使用CATIA或UG软件，具有良好的GD&T知识.Skilled in using CATIA or UG， good knowledge on GD&T
7. 对于项目开发流程APQP具有丰富的经验.Rich experience on APQP
8. 熟悉通用，大众，福特零件批准流程。Rich experience on OEM parts approval procedure such as GM, VW and Ford.
9. 有良好的沟通,协调能力.Good at interpersonal skills, coordination ability
10. 良好的英语听说读写能力.Good command both oral and written English skill;

职位职责Job Description：

1. 负责产品结构机构设计.Responsible for key and cylinder design
2. 负责子零件的认可，以及供应商技术交流工作. Responsible for out source component approval and technical communication with supplier
3. 负责客户端产品技术标准的谈判工作.Be responsible for technical spec negotiation with customer
4.负责测试大纲的编制，以及客户认可。验证过程中的问题解决。Be responsible for Validation plan, customer approval and trouble shooting
5.指导普通工程师的设计工作 trainning Junior engineer
