职位描述：
1.Arrange daily shopfloor works in accordance with the production schedule, ensure on time delivery
根据生产计划合理控制生产进度，保证准时交货
2.Responsible for daily workshop management, such as 5S, TPM, descipline and working shifts
负责车间5S，TPM，员工纪律，工作班次等日常管理
3.Assist HR department in employee recruitment and training
协助相关部门做好新员工招聘与培训
4.To guide the staff strictly enforce process discipline, work with the quality staff to analyze and correct quality issues to ensure continuous improvement of product quality
指导员工严格执行工艺纪律，与质量部门紧密协作，分析、处理产品不良，持续提高产品质量
5.Work with the production manager to implement improvement projects, and drive continuous optimization of workshop management
配合生产经理持续改善车间管理水平，执行改善项目
6.To control consumption of plant materials with close supervision to ensure the rational use of the materials, production tools, and other consumables
控制车间物料消耗，指导、监督员工合理使用原、辅料、生产工具、刀具及其他易耗品
7.Cooperate with the production management team to setup & update the department basic policies and procedures
配合完成生产部门制度建设与完善
8.Organize shopfloor meetings on a regular basis to convey company information, keep smooth communication between the higher & lower levels
定期组织基层管理会议，传达公司信息，与上、下级保持良好沟通
9.Submit production reports periodically, ensure production data accurate, timely and effective
定期提交生产报表，保证生产数据准确、及时、有效
10.To complete the staff performance appraisal, timely submit awards and correctional measures
完成员工绩效考评，及时提出奖、惩措施

岗位要求：
1.College degree in Electrical engineering or IE related
机电类,或工业工程，大专及以上学历
2.3 years above of production workshop management experience, motor background is preferred
3年以上生产管理经验,有电机行业经验者优先
3.Machining and welding manufacture management experience is preferred
有机加工和焊接生产管理经验者优先
4.know Kaizen, quality performance improvement
了解生产运营及质量的持续改善
5.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
6. A positive work attitude, logical thinking ability
工作态度积极，逻辑思维能力强
7.Understands English drawing, being familiar with english terminology of electrical motor industry
能看懂英文图纸，熟悉相关英文专业术语
