职位描述
Job Description:
- Creates one year geography/business learning strategies and locally relevant assortments to support business strategies.
- Creates scalable and sustainable learning delivery models to enable the delivery of premium learning experiences.
- Builds strong and trust based relationships with stakeholders and across company
- Develops deep business knowledge and expertise, analyzing and reporting key learning metrics aligned with business and talent KPI’s.
- Identifies underlying causes of performance issues and uses data and metrics to analyze business needs and impact of learning solutions.
- Provides the voice of the geography/business into the learning design teams for pipeline strategies & curriculum.
- Creates and executes project plans and deliverables to efficiently and effectively deliver learning programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or other relevant subject area
- 10+ years' professional experience in HR business and over 5 years in Training area. FMCG or Retail industry is preferred
- Demonstrate superb written and oral communication skills. Must be able to tailor communication to all levels of internal team and Business organization
- Excellent presentation skills and influence skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical/problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Solid experience in training course design, course assessment and vendor management.
- Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand business’s training needs. Must be able to leverage company resources to support business growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
