**Note: This is NOT an AMD employee position, the candidate will be signed with AMD's 3rd party service provider.**

Responsibility
1. Execute sample/device receiving, coordinate with vendors for on time goods delivery, change and returning.
2. Check in engineering sample/device to sample management system and arrange physical storage.
3. Execute daily check-out to internal engineering customers in support of on time project/testing setup.
4. Inventory space, volume and storage efficiency maintenance and reporting.
5. Support special import shipment fixed asset tracking and audit.
6. Execute monthly, quarterly, yearly sample/device audit.
7. Optimize inventory turnover and monitor material status, proficient in inventory status report/analysis.
8. Assist in engineering inventory reclaiming projects.

Requirement
1. Knowledge in computer hardware and engineering inventory maintenance.
2. Good command of computer/MS Office software skills in sample system usage.
3. With strong sense of IP protection, proactive, supportive, self-organized and can work under pressure.
4. Experience in IT industry engineering inventory maintenance with sample management system is preferred.
