Having entered the China market for a number of years this company is now amongst the top 5 players in the Asian market. Specialising in a full range of garments from women, men to children wear as well as accessories this company now as a new opening for a sourcing product manager for the accessories line. With exciting growth plans for 2014, this is a great opportunity to enter the company during its growth phase.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
? Support the coordination and implementation of advanced sourcing mode
? Strengthen and grown relationships with suppliers and negotiate on cost to ensure it is competitive
? Source multiple Accessories products, including bags, belts, wallets, hats, scarves and gloves as well as some jewelry
? Continuous improvement of sourcing processes and conduct supplier audits from time to time
? Continuous vendor relationship and management, currently this company has 25-30 suppliers

Requirements include but is not limited to:
? Over 10 years of experience in accessories sourcing in the fashion industry
? Understanding of garment construction, costing and fabric
? Understand the local sourcing market and processes
? Good negotiator
? Cost Conscious
? Has team building and management experience
? Fluent in written and spoken English
