Job Responsbility
· Take full responsibility from the time the order is received until the order has been shipped.
· Analyze the order upon receipt together with Senior Merchandiser.
· Follow up orders with buyers and designers in headquarters, vendors, team members, to ensure a qualified order process and on-time delivery.
· Assist in the product developing process to ensure that products meet brand's quality and budget requirements.
· Maintain and develop strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
· Analyze the developments/quotations, make sure all is clear.
· Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price, quality & lead-time. Work together with PD, R&D and technicians.
· Send the development/quotation to best suitable suppliers .
· Get back the quotation from the suppliers and analyze the price quality and lead-time. Send best package to buyer.
· Give feedback to supplier regarding price and possible requests for improvements.
· Work actively with the samples together with technician.
· Work actively with technicians, QCs and Inspectors.
· Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers.
· Be proactive and take more initiatives & solve problems and share them with the rest of the group ( Merchandisers, R&D, Technicians, QCs, Lab )
· Create a good dialogue with buyers and understand their priorities and act accordingly.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Main Requirement
· Bachelor degree, major in civil Engineer, Materials Engineer, BA/Economy Degree is preferred.
· Experience of construction/decoration materials production, preferably experience from similar position in supplier or representative office.
· Good command of written and oral English.
· Good communication skill.
· Business minded and interest in house construction business.
