职位描述
Channel Development (15%)
Identify potential customer and provide tailor-made service in order to develop long term customer loyalty.
Sales Activities(30%)
Pursue sales leads, make plan and take action on project sales, follow and use price system, coordinate with customer service and technival support, support the sales strategies (with distributor, VAR, ND&I and SI) in order to achieve sales target and develop channel.
Customer Service(20%)
(1) Make customer calls, handle customers' enquiries and provide appropriate Tyco Electronics / AMP NETCONNECT product solution in order to maintain and develop direct business.
(2) Prepare and update customers profiles as a record in order to develop the customer.
Marketing Activities(10%)
Gather competitor information, look for opportunities to develop new products for customer in order to develop and sell products that better meet customer demands.
Report Customer Feedback(15%)
(1) Handle customer complaints on logistic and quality problem, report customer feedback to management in order to improve level.
(2) Report counterfeit product activities to IP (Intellectual Property) department colleagues in order to minimize the impact of counterfeit products.
Personal Development(10%)
Update knowledge direct or indirect related to NETCONNECT system, improve selling skill, for example, presentation, negotiation skill, etc, and get familiar with company system in order to work more effectively.
