Education / Experience
1.High school or above is preferred;
2.5 years above security related experience with at least 1 years shift security supervisor experience. Basic knowledge of product shipping, property removal and material loading &unloading requirement, familiar punch, fire fighting, card access and DVR system, emergency response.
3.Must be willing to performing shift working hours;
4.Possess a high level of personal integrity, interpersonal and communication skills;
Skill
1.Computer operating skill for design form and report written;
2.Basic English reading skills.

*Take firm and decisive action against those that violates security rules.
*Direct, schedule and assign Security Officers (SOs) during the various shifts.
*Ensure that all SOs are appropriately trained for the job and that necessary follow-up training is maintained.
*Maintain and supervise the operation of security equipment and other systems at the assigned facility.
*Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in your assigned areas and assuring the safety of all personnel under your supervision.
*Be knowledgeable with applicable Level I and II policies, procedures and guidelines. To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities.
*Ensure that SOPs are followed and that violations of those procedures are documented and reported.
*Perform all duties associated with the position of SOs on an as-needed basis.
*Document and report to the Security Manager potential safety hazards, security violations, crimes or internal irregularities.
*Conduct investigations, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved change.
*Handle emergency situations and coordinate the appropriate response with supervisory personnel.
