Responsibilities:

1. Make the test plan per the request from Product Engineering and Application Engineering for system test

2. Submit the precise test data and test report to related clients

3. Be able to set up the appropriate test system and analyze the test data and problem solving

4. Be able to provide the proper suggestions to Product Engineering for improving system performance and reliability

5. Be responsible of communication with Product Engineering and Application Engineering for test request and test data and test report

6. Be able to assign the test request to lab technician and ensure to conduct the test properly

7. Be responsible of obeying the company safety rule and ensure to conduct the test in safe

8. Be responsible of planning the test request and implementing under priority

9. Lab daily activity management, people and equipment

10. Be responsible of Lab operation process and procedure set up and implementation

Requirements:

1. MS above on HVAC and refrigeration engineering

2. 3+ years on HVAC and refrigeration system test

3. Has the knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration system and compressor

4. Be familiar with HVAC and Refrigeration industrial standard

5. Has the knowledge of basic electrical application

6. Can skilled use Office SW

7. Fluent English communication skills both in written and oral

Emerson Climate Technologies (Suzhou) Research & Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 at International Science Park, Suzhou Industrial Park. The Center is the joint efforts of Emerson Climate Technologies Divisions, including Copeland (manufacturer of air-conditioning and refrigeration compressors), Flow-Controls (manufacturer of electronic and thermo expansion valves), White-Rodgers (manufacturer of thermostats and electro-mechanical controls), and Hermetic Motor (manufacturer of hermetic electrical motors). The Center is dedicated to the research and development activities focused on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) industries.

Our main development area includes commercial & residential air-conditioning compressors, condensing units, hermetic motors, electro-mechanical thermostats, control valves, and so on, in striving for the higher efficiency of compressors and systems, solutions for better living environment, and developed reliabilities and performance of the products.

We are growing fast since 2002 both in the company size and technical capabilities.
