ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Casting Maintenance Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
-Monitors the production equipments operation status & be responsible for normal maintenance work, and repair the issue machine in time and short machine break time.
-Establishes equipment maintenance plan and work instruction, lead maintenance staff to implement preventive maintenance work regularly.
-Be responsible for maintenance work instruction document.
-Implements TPM requirements for the key equipments strictly.
-Supports LV maintenance supervisor to monitor and repair key equipment, update and backup the program.
-Training and supports maintenance technician from technical side, to ensure equipment are running well.
-Be responsible for cooling water system daily operation and regular maintenance.
-Be responsible to contact and keep with foreign supplier to get the help.
-Be responsible to update and rebuild the production machine and testing equipment.
-Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions


QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical /Automation /Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic or Maintenance Electrician in electrical production field with electrician license
- Skilled in AB / SIMENS PLC control , hydraulic system , compress air system and pipes system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good on team building
- Strong analytical skill for troubleshooting, problem root cause analysis and determining corrective action.
- With casting machine experience is plus
- Oral and written communicate skill in both English and Chinese.
