ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Manufacturing solution, equipment, fixture, tooling design and selection for different type of product.
制造方案解决、设备、夹具、刀具设计的开发及选择不同类型的刀具产品
- Continuous improvement on machining and assembly process to reduce cost per piece and improve process capability.
加工和组装程序的持续改进以降低零件成本和提高生产能力
- Root cause analysis of process problem, implementation of permanent corrective solution.
工艺流程的根本原因分析，实现永久纠正方案
- Ensure good result from current process on different production line.
确保不同生产线现有工艺流程的良好结果
- Getting CNC equipment up and running, as well as assembly and testing equipment.
确保CNC设备、组装设备和测试设备的良好启动和运行
- Create, develop, and implement procedures used to machine, assemble, process, and test our full product line, including CNC programming.
创建、开发、实施程序用于CNC、组装设备、工艺，测试完整产品线，包括数控编程。
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Seek for solution in manufacturing issues regarding manufacturability, cost, quality, and safety

- Reach the target OEE, manufacturing cost per piece and other measurable targets.

- Setup of new machine and new product launches.

- Working closely with other departments to ensure the plant meet company targets.

- Generate, implement, follow-up and maintain work instructions, other necessary documents.

- Travel and support to other plants

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic
? BS Engineering or a related field.
Experience
? Above 5 years experience with machinery and production and CNC machining and assembly processes, as well as lean manufacturing.
? Hands on experience with CNC programming, controls (Siemens, Fanuc), codes, and capabilities, with good knowledge of machining techniques in metals.
? Knowledge in cutting tools
? Experience in process development
? Working knowledge of machining drawing and GD&T
? Good communication in English
? CAD proficiency is desirable
? Hand-on work attitude
