Job Requirment:
More than 5 years work experience in plastic industry. At least 3 years on cosmetic packaging is preferred.
5年以上塑胶工厂经验。3年化妆品包装经验优先
Familiar with secondary process & molding process;
熟悉二次加工&成型流程
Positive and open mind and also potential to be developed;
积极的、视野开阔、有潜力
Have strong IE concept and knowledge
较强的IE概念和知识
Able to work under high pressure
抗压能力强
English reading ability plus.
良好的英语阅读能力优先
Job Description:
?Participates actively in EH&S programs that apply to his job. Ensures compliance of standards and regulations.
积极参与工作中的EHS项目，确保遵守标准和规则。
?Provide technical support to project engineer and technician
给项目工程师和技术员提供技术支持。
?New production line lay out design, prepare SOP for production department and training for technicians and operators as well;
新产品生产线的规划设计，给生产部门提供SOP并给技术员和操作员提供培训。
?Participate the problems analysis during the production, prepare corrective and preventive action plan;
在生产过程中参与问题分析，准备正确的和预防性的行动计划。
?Transfer the new technology and training to the related staff;
转移新技术并培训相关员工。
?Find and manage continual improvement projects;
找出并管理持续改进项目。
?Improve continuously productivity in production in order to reduce our production costs: increase equipment efficiency, optimize production routines, decrease scraps;
为了减少我们的生产成本，持续提高生产线的生产效率。提高设备效率、优化生产、减少报废品。
?Other tasks assigned by manager.
