职位描述
University degree in Production Safety, Environmental Protection or relevant disciplines
At least 6 years factory EHS experience in a recognized sizable organization of which 3 years in management level
Have up-to-date technical know-how and hand-on experiences on the current leading edge on Environmental, Health Safety and Fire management concepts and methods
ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 Internal audit certification is preferred
Qualify China Safety Officer Certificate is preferred
Strong management skill, initiative and able to drive change and excellent communication skills
Good commend of English and Mandarin as well as report writing skill
Anticipate, identify, and evaluate Environment, Health & Safety, Fire Hazards and Risks Integral to local site business operation for total RHSF solution
Implement and comply with International and Local EHSF Guidelines
Monitor and coordinate regular audit such as HS, FSPP, Lean and fire drill
Receive the guidance from Regional Rick Management Manager to establish EHSF goal and objective, KPI and work closely with Operation Director for implementation and performance tracking
Monitor the implementation and surveillance audit performance of ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 and other programs introduce from Group/Sector
Coordinate with the Regional Risk Management Manager to identify EHSF training needs for long term people and system enhancement
Perform all possible means of precaution, as far as possible, including but not limited to Job Safety
Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (RS) Safety Training, Safety Promotion, to prevent and to reduce site staff injury, disregard whether it is due to “Unsafe Act” or “Unsafe condition”.
Conduct EHS alert report for any incidents, nearly miss, LTAR, etc., and taking investigation for identifying root cause then to provide workable solution and recommendation in timely manner.
Ensure all EHSF documentation and files related to policies, regulatory compliance records, training and licensing, SOP's, records and systems are up-to-day and full secure
Maintain high level relationship and connection with local authorities and organization
Accomplish other related tasks assigned in the framework of legitimate authorization
