Participates actively in EH&S programs that apply to his job. Ensures compliance of standards and regulations.
积极参与工作中的EHS项目，确保遵守标准和规则。
Customs clearance for import and export cargos.
负责公司所有进出口货物报关
Manage the customs logbook , including application ,update ,close .
负责管理海关保税手册，包括新手册申请，增补，核销
Arrange inland and overseas transportation，inform forwarder to pick up according to delivery schedule, follow up the shipment, ensure the on time delivery.
负责安排国内及国外运输，根据交货日程及时通知FOWARDER安排提货。跟踪货物运输进度，确保按时到达。
Responsible for getting C/O etc. license from local government department
负责办理产地证.重工证，机电证等进出口报关所需的相关许可证;
Audit import & export shipment documents, and guarantee the documents is accurate
审核进出口报关单证，保证单证100%正确
Submit the export information on line , assit finance dept. to pay in time and export refund .
电子口岸网上交单，协助财务部门及时安排付款及出口退税
Freight quotation and comparison, make sure freight is reasonable.
国内外运输运费询价, 确保运费的合理。
Manage and monitor Forwarder , and guarantee transport safety ,delivery accuracy。
管理并监督FORWARDER，保证运输的安全，货物交付准确性
Responsible for negotiating with customs ,Economical development bureau , and foreign exchange bureau .
负责协调海关，经发局，商检，外汇管理局等外部相关事务;
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
