职位描述
1)Organize transportation team to achieve the goal of company/department;
2) Plan and continuously improve the material flow in whole plant;
3) Design/continuously optimize the organization chart of transportation team, evaluate/continuously improve the performance of department/employees;
4) Continuously enhance the staff competency and job skills through coaching and necessary training. Create safety working environment, fully engage culture, create/provide personal growth/development opportunities;
5) Audit/Continuously improve the working processes related inland transportation to improve the quality, and improve the working efficiency;
6) Take prevent actions in place in time through root cause analysis;
7) Draft realistic working plan based on annual budget, daily control the department expense and looking for logistics cost saving opportunities;
8) responsible for inland transport bidding support
9 ) Finish the assigned other works from SCM manager
