基本职责：
1 信息管理
- 内部信息：客户档案、项目实施信息、总部交换信息等。
- 外部信息：市场信息、客户交流信息等。
2 交流枢纽
- 内部交流：商务部内部信息交流、企业内相关部门信息交流、与总部的信息交流等。
- 外部交流：客户、专业协会、展会主办单位等。
3 协助商务部管理并对商务人员工作提供支持。

工作内容：
- 管理商务档案（拜访报告、合同、会议记录、展会资料、邮件等）。
- 更新商务管理表单。
- 更新客户管理系统（CRM）。

- 拟定销售合同，评审销售合同，同时参与部分销售合同的报价；
- 跟踪合同执行情况，向客户通报必要的信息，就客户货款支付事项与财务部协调等。
- 商务例会准备工作。
- 展会准备工作。
- 在表述形式上完善企业、技术和产品的介绍资料以及会议演讲稿等。
- 管理公司网站。
- 执行公司确定的市场推广行动（E-mailing、报道文章等）。
- 管理公司样品展示（会议室展示等）。
- 商务人员出差安排（票务、宾馆等）。

任职要求：
1 大学本科学历或以上，商贸或英语专业优先；
2 两年以上工作经验；
3 积极、主动、严肃、认真、计划性强、敢于接受挑战。
4 中文水平佳。
5 英文流利，具有交流水平。
6 熟悉各常用办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Photoshop 等）

Requirement
1 College degree or above in Business Administration or Language or related.
2 2+ years working experience.
3 Motivative, active, serious, & earnest.
4 Can work under pressure and with strong sense of planning
5 Good writing skill in Chinese, excellent written and spoken English.
6 Good at all office applications（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.）
