Requirement:
-College degree in Engineering background or related.
-At least 5 years related working experiences in mechanical manufacturing company.
-PLC program/Servo motor/Electric experience.
-More than 3 years’ experiences on IM as maintenance/trouble shooting.
-Good English in written and read.
-Teamwork and good communication skill.
-Computer literate in Excel, Word & Power Point.
-Efficiency, Flexibility, Initiative, Responsibility& Cooperation.
-Can stand high work pressure and OT on needs.

Responsibility:

-Coordinate Maintenance actions according to production priorities, defining appropriate methods according to the company policy, regulations and procedures.

-Requisition orders for purchasing or service for method needs.

-Coordinate projects in the area in Teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying customers requirements.

-Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system .

-Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

-Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment.

-Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity.

-Perform repairing the machines breakdowns upon the request of production department.

-Identify key process equipment and provide appropriate resources for machine/equipment maintenance and develop an effective planned total preventive maintenance system.

-Define procedure for maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and predictive, spare part management ).

-Define which maintenance records should be maintained for qualified processes, equipment and personnel.

-Evaluate availability of replacement parts for key manufacturing equipment

-Document, evaluate and improve maintenance objectives.
