职位职责：

1.负责新产品的开发，包括产品工业化设计和过程设计及优化,进行设备，人员，模具，工装和物料等的选择,验证，评估和改进，实施和跟踪新产品的试制以及小1.批量试生产工作,确保所开发的产品能够适应量产的要求
Be in charge of development, including product industrialization and process design. Do sourcing, validation, evaluation and improvement for new equipments, molds, devices, jigs etc. Do prototype trial and small mass production (pre-production)

2.对新产品进行确认和评估,负责完成新产品的APQP和PPAP工作
Validate and evaluate new products,be responsible for APQP and PPAP

3.编制新产品批产所需的制造过程文件，诸如作业指导书，工艺参数卡等
Write down all the process documents for new products,for instance,parameter card

4.新产品投产前,进行员工的操作技能培训,确保新员工具备足够的技能
Train the operators to do new products process operation

5.就工业化与HUTCHINSON其他工厂的开发、生产部门进行联系和合作,确保产品在满足量产条件的前提下异地生产
Termly communicate and cooperate with development、production department in HUTCHINSON sister companies for industrialization

6.定期评估制造成本，并提出有建设性成本降低建议，降低现有或新产线的成本
Periodically evaluate production cost,submit some cost reduction actions

7.定期进行工艺评估,不断改进和优化生产工艺
Periodically evaluate production technology,submit some actions to improve and optimize technology

8.熟悉Overmolding ,Gasket and Cold runner 生产加工工艺
Fimilar with Overmolding ,Gasket and Cold runner process
