EMS supplier management

Full understanding of EMS process, capacity to make sure smooth operation and good supply flexibility from supplier.

Participate EMS supplier monthly review meeting for service level, component and FG buffer stock follow up.

Define KPI of EMS factory based on actual situation, monitor the performance, push supplier to take actions for KPI not met ( service level, stock level), follow up the action progress.

Participate EMS factory supply optimization project ( lean supply chain, collaborative vendor planning.

Take the lead for EMS factory supply optimization at plant level (full order line delivery, LT reduction, supply flexibility…)

Material parameter and PO management

Make sure Material Parameter is correct and in line with actual agreement with supplier and SSD material management rules. Update SAP material parameter timely if there are any changes.

Strategy stock review and define internally to cover supply risk.

Monitor PO status to make sure no supply risk, any risks or shortage, must take the lead to push supplier to take actions, escalate to UFS/ SSCME if necessary.

Inventory Control

Weekly tracking SSD stock and supplier stock ( if there are any), to ensure inventory is under control with good healthy ratio.

Define effective actions for abnormal inventory situation; make sure actions are done as scheduled.

Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager ( for example new project)

Bachelor degree. Major of Economic/Trade/Finance is preferred.

At least 5 years experiences in electronic manufacturing enterprise, engaged in materials control, material planning work

Good understanding of material management and inventory control. Digital concept is strong, good communication skills, logic analysis ability, and can work under pressure

Fluent English, ERP system(SAP is preferred) and OFFICE software, Responsible, pay attention to details, customer oriented
