Job Description
1.responsible for all employee's computer-related technical support to solve all kinds of hardware and software failures , deal with a variety of anti-virus processing and handle various privileges authorized work ;
2.responsible for network management and maintenance, equipment room management and maintenance and routine network-related trouble-shooting work ;
3.responsible for IP phones’ configuration and maintenance ;
4.responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of database, including database installation , backup / recovery, performance optimization, log analysis , data migration, and resolving unexpected and difficult problems ;
5.responsible for the management and implementation of network domains and security especially domain management and serve management;
6.responsible for the new equipment’s construction, testing , and operation work ;
7.other tasks assigned by the leadership ;

Qualifications:
1.A bachelor degree of computer or IT -related professional or above, more than one year’s work experience ;
2.Familiar with Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA CCNP CCIE related certification is preferred ;
3.A large amount of call center work experience is preferred ;
4.Good English communication skills , be able to describe the relevant technical issues clearly and fluently ;
5.Be able to work independently and have good analytical , judgment and problem-solving skills as well as strong Anti-pressure ability ;
6.With a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork and good working attitude ;
