(A) Plant Warehouse Operation:
- Maintain a safe and good working environment in the warehouse.
- 维护仓库日常操作在安全和良好的环境下进行
- Ensure outbound shipments accuracy to be 100% and shipped on time.
- 保证所有发货百分之百的准确率和发货及时性
- Monthly cycle count and yearly physical count to maintain accuracy of inventory to 99%
- 每月月底的全部原料和成品的盘点，确保库存的准确率达到99%
- Ensure all inventories stored in warehouse are on good condition and good appearance
- 确保仓库所有存储的货物处于良好的状态和外观

(B) Transportation:
- Work together with the freight forwarder to maintain good relationships with local Customs, CIQ and MSA 、
bureaus and any other import & export related government bureaus
- 于第三方物流供应商共同合作维护于当地海关、商检、海事部门以及其他进出口政府部门的关系
- Ensure on-time delivery service, and comply with global transportation regulatory requirements.
- 确保所有发货的准时性以及符合公司全球运输要求
- Provide shipping documents for all export goods such as finished goods normal export and lab sample
- 提供和准备出口货物的发货资料和运输资料包括成品的正常出口和实验室样品出口
- Arranges transportation requirements for NJ site .. movement of items other than products or raw materials.
- 负责南京工厂和ADC 所有实验室的发货事宜，包括成品，原材料， 设备等

(C) Logistics:
- Maintain and record the materials movement in SAP for both income and outgoing materials/products/service
for the plant warehouse and procurement
- 维护和记录工厂仓库和采购部门所有原材料、成品、服务的SAP系统里的进出操作和记录
- Coordinate all import & export activities relating to Nanjing plant and the local 3rd-party forwarder, including
application of shipment insurance certificate, certificate of Original, coordinating with third party surveyors
(primarily CIQ bureau) for pre-shipment inspection
- 协调与第三方货代操作南京工厂相关出口和进口于的事宜，包括申请海运保单，原产证明，以及出口商检和装
船前预检验
- Handle all export shipments and ADC sample import issue Customs declarations for Nanjing site、
- 负责南京工厂全部的出口操作事宜已经ADC 实验室样品的进口操作
- Manage logistic 3rd party providers and evaluate 3rd party suppliers service qualification
- 管理第三方物流供应商，并且对其服务水平和资质进行考核和评估
- Any other related job functions not mentioned above can be added as required by manager
- 完成领导未来交待的其他工作



? Logistics degree (Inventory management, transportation, import & export basic knowledge))
? Ability to handle with SAP / ERP Logistics model .
? Good communication skills, both written and oral.
? Good team cooperation skills.
? Ability to Multi task.
