Job requirements任职要求：
1. Min 3 years of work experience in the testing , familiar with control system（Testing software） of test device, know the installation process well and have solid work experience on field.至少3年的测试工作经验，熟悉测试设备的（测试软件）控制系统，熟悉测试安装过程并有丰富的操作经验.
2. Experience with vibration systems/ Aging test and testing device associated with this type of testing. 熟悉振动系统/老化测试和此类型有关的测试设备
3. Knowledge Vibration testing of past product design or failure analysis. 了解产品设计有关的振动测试和故障分析
4. Experience with the Aging test、Hydraulic Test、Air-inlent grille system in test analysis scopes.熟悉老化试验、液压试验、 进气格栅系统、进气歧管有观的测试分析
5. Have strong communication skill and team work spirit to work with other employee
熟练的沟通技巧和良好的团队合作精神。
6. University Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or similar. 大学本科机械电子工程或类似专业
7. Language Fluent in English (oral and written) 英语流利（口语和书面）
职位职责Responsibility：
1. Make out the test plan according to standard and catch up the project timing .The understand of the customer test standard.,根据项目时间节点和测试标准制定测试计划。能够理解客户测试标准。
2. Responsible for the execution New Project and Serial project validation Testing and make out the Test Reports.Initial analysis the test result.负责新项目和量产项目的耐久性测试（功能和环境），制作测试报告 。对测试结果有初步分析能力。
3. Design and verify the fixtures according to test requirements.根据测试要求设计和验证测试治具。
4. Create the work instruction of testing device and testing process, Training Associate engineer and technician to perform the tests. 制订测试设备和测试过程操作指导书，培训助理工程师及技术人员来执行测试。
5. Develop equipment maintenance planning and execution according to plan. 负责测试设备的维护保养并按照维护保养计划执行保养工作。
6. Execute the vibration test and structural analyses.Make sure the testing validate and domenstration the test report. 执行振动测试试验和结构分析，确保测试数据的有效性并解释测试报告和测试文件。
7. Support and manage our laboratory to achieving continuous improvement.
协助和管理我们的实验室持续改进。
8. The test schedule and technician management.实验技术人员的管理和测试计划安排。
9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 上级主管安排的其他工作。
10. Have background of vibration test of Intake manifold or Air-inlent grille system is preferre.有进气歧管和进气格栅振动试验工作背景者优先
