职位描述
任职要求:
1. Bachelor or equivalent Degree, Mechanical or tooling/molding engineering is preferred
2. Good knowledge in plastic-related field
3. Experience in molding processing or tooling manufacturing is preferred
4. At least 3 years working experience, multi-national English-speaking company is preferred
5. Good knowledge and experience in Program Management
6. Good team player
职位职责:
1. Self-management of customer projects
2. Skill and ability in project planning, coordination and organization in time according to the proper project management procedure.
3. Establish the project master plan and supervise the implementation. Define project targets and time schedule
4. Make sure that all important information related to the project are known by itself and informed by other job holders
5. Responsible for project management with budget in time.
6. Participation in supplier- and customer audits as part of the project work
7. Prepare qualification and validation documents (Validation Plan, DQ, IQ,OQ, PQ), collecting all of qualification and validation records and make reports.
8. Contact with supplier for related project issues, including cooperate with process engineer and tooling engineer to contact with tooling plant for tool modification and improvement.
9. Involve product validation at supplier site.
10. Cooperate with Process Engineer to optimize the process for cost reduction and maintain the production at stable and reliable level.
11. Cooperate with Process Engineer for process analysis and continuous improvement.
12. To ensure proper documentation of the project activities and project/product documentation requirement. Create related work instructions, BOM, packing specification, labeling specification and what customer required.
13. Responsible for ensuring that the organization is working with the most up-to-date and pertinent engineering drawings and parts list.
14. Maintain part number and BOM, routing in ERP system (IQMS).
15. Implement ECR & ECN for product changes and coordinate with related department to make it smoothly.
16. To perform any other duties as assigned by manager from time to time.
17. Any other works assigned by supervisors.
