1. To make divisional annual budget plan, to make strategic plan which fit the University mission and vision and the Library mission and goal.

2. To create and maintain good links with publishers or other organization outside the university to provide good resources and support to the university’s owned intelligence property

3. To make divisional annual action plan, to lead the TP team to fulfill its function and achieve high quality services.

4. To be responsible to recruit and build the divisional team, to supervise team member and guide them in their career development.

5. To coordinate in daily operation.

6. To report to the University Librarian.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Able to work effectively and independently with strong self-initiative in a dynamic, global, multi-cultural environment.

2. Positive working attitude with customer service orientated mindset.

3. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

4. Have good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Having rich experience in negotiation with publishers with respect to catalogue, dealing with books order, books importing and clearance of goods with custom.

3. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
