Post Specifications
To work in XJTLU Career Development Team with responsibilities as follows:

ROLE
1. To manage UoL China internship programmes including securing internships, establishing regulations on internships, offering related guidance and ensuring smooth operations in China.
2. To manage XJTLU International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) students develop and do internships in UK.
3. To building up new company relationships and its maintenance, ensuring all XJTLU students complete the internship successfully.

DUTIES
1. Manage UoL School of Management “China internship” programme, including securing internships, establishing regulations on internships, offering related guidance and ensuring smooth operations in China.
2. Manage IBSS “overseas internship including working with UoL to secure internships, establishing regulations on internships, offering related guidance and ensuring smooth operations in U.K.
3. Develop and supporting XJTLU internship opportunities, both locally and internationally.
4. Responsible for building up new company relationships and its maintenance, ensuring all students complete the internship successfully.
5. Providing administrative support for all aspects of the internships programme.
6. Offering career counseling to students, including CV writing, interview skills and other work university assigned.

1. Dependability, reliability and ability to produce high quality/quantity of work;
2. Good personal organization, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on more than one task;
3. Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to both convey and understand communication with fellow workers and students, having a willingness to coach, develop and instruct others;
4. Ability to provide an efficient service to staff, students and colleagues.
