1. Diploma /Degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering related in related discipline.

Experience :
1. Relevant investigative experience, such as current or ex-investigators from law enforcement agencies would be an added advantage

2. At least 4 to 5 years of working experience as Facility & Security in Manufacturing operations, with some Security management and Investigative Knowledge

1. Plant Facility Equipment
1) Waste treatment, storage ,destroy
2) Manage Electrical System
3) Manage HVAC system
4) Water System
5) Compress air and vacuum system
6) Fire Protection System
7) Building work
8) Security Access system & CCTV system
9) Custodial services
10) Supervise and manage Vendor /Supplier /Contractor
2. Security
1) Implement an effective security system to ensure company assets are well protected.
2) Enforce security strategies, policies, procedures and systems to protect company and customers' assets.
3) Perform and provide security advice, audits, investigations, etc.
4) Proactively treat and mitigate security risk faced by the company
5) To efficiently supervise and manage the Security Personnel under his Unit.
6) Maintain Liaison with local Police Station, Fire Station and nearest Hospital.
7) To prepare Duty Rosters of the personnel on duty in each Shift
8) To make periodic ‘Rounds’ of Sentry Posts to check their alertness and compliance of Standing Orders.
9) To make random check of logs of entry and exit of personnel and materials and verify their correctness from HRD, Stores and Purchase dept, PPM dept, Engineering Dept.
10) To manage/ to supervise the day-to-day in-house security operations to ensure the security in Manufacturing plants
11) To ensure compliance with security, safety and fire protection laws and regulations within the organization
12) To identify risk-related threats and to enhance the security measures and control of the development
13) A detailed and documented security procedure is in place and reviewed at least once annually.
14) All employee are made to fully comply with all procedures outlined in company policy
15) All security officer/ guards are compliance to the standing orders & procedure.
16) Emergency
17) Provide support to company business contingency plan.exp. Snow, Fire, SARS /bird flu or strike.
18) To support EHS in regular fire drills and prepare fire evacuation plans for the development
19) To conduct training related to the Workplace Security & Safety and Emergency procedures
20) To train the Security Personnel in security drills and security procedures in the Standing Orders.
21) To monitor the CCTV system for any abnormality and report to the PPM / Plant Manager.
