SUMMARY:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leadership of the Corporate service Finance, Accounting functions for Metalor Technology Suzhou and Metalor Eletrotechnical Suzhou:

1. Serve as a Direct Report to the Finance Director

2. Present fairly the financial information in all material aspects to the public and the management;

3. Administer the company assets and liabilities in a prudent and intelligent manner;

4. Provide quality professional financial support to all business units.

5. Ensure proper internal control followed in the business process and financial & accounting practice compliance with policies and regulations set up by Group and Local legislation.

6. Leading, management and coaching colleagues, support continuous learning and training of subordinates

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Accounting & Booking records

1.Supervise all accounting activity to ensure the timely and materially accurate accounting records are made under IFRS and local laws and regulations.

2.Ensure the reconciliation of the book balance with Bank / customers / suppliers / inter-companies / actual balance.

3.Review all accounts outstanding balance and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4.Make sure all documentation are filed on time.

5.Manage VAT, Duty and other business tax and income tax filing. Ensure proper and timely tax filing.

6.Plan and control year-end accounting activities related to financial reporting including completion of corporate year-end audit and tax packages on a timely and accurate basis.

Financial Reporting

1.Manage monthly closing routines that provide accurate, consistent, useful and timely month-end reporting.

2.Ensure a proper Finance & Accounting documentation in compliance to internal and external legal/audit requirements.

3.Develop annual budget and finance forecast of CS function and follow up the implementation as well as provide proper analysis report needed by superior.

4.Internal Finance Control

5.Supervision credit controlling processes are effective placed.

6.Ensure fixed assets booking accurate in a time manner, and organize two times per year fixed assets physical count with BU’s supporting.

Others

1.Working closely with colleagues throughout the organization to meeting various reporting requirement.

2.Completes special projects as assigned.

3.Completes all ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requriements

1.Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
2.At least 8 years multinational company working experience with 3 years in a management position knowledge of SAP is a must
3.Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills.
4.Honest and high level of integrity and work ethics.

5.Proactive, hands-on, willing to ensure timely completion of tasks (Individual Contributor and effective Finance team leader).
6.Good command of written and oral English.
7.Strong leadership and good team player. Ability to build strong relationships with other function colleagues.

8.Strong execution ability –follows up and complete superior’s order.
